The Spa Experience
While spending Thanksgiving week at our Asbury Cottage 2 in Pigeon Forge, Ernie and I decided to treat ourselves to a massage while the kids went to The Escape Game at The Island. We made appointments a couple of days in advance (which I recommend) and booked two separate massage rooms for the 60 minute Fins-Up Swedish Massage.

FINS-UP SWEDISH MASSAGE
This relaxing massage combines aromatherapy & light to medium pressure.
60 min. $100 • 90 min $120
We arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the standard information form prior to our appointment. The ladies at the front desk were extremely polite and made us feel welcome and relaxed.
The ladies then gave us a lovely tour of the spa facility as we made our way to the dressing rooms.
His & Hers Dressing Rooms
The “his and hers” dressing rooms include lockers, Rain showers, restrooms and a spacious area to prepare for your spa services.
Luxuriously soft white robes and slippers are provided, as well as an array of soaps and lotions. Choose your size and head on out to the Chill Room and prepare for relaxation!
The Chill Room
In the Chill Room, you’ll choose from an array of refreshing beverages, including water (with lemon, if you choose), champagne, wine and fruit juices.
Sink into comfort in the chaise lounge chairs while the custom water feature whisks you away to St. Somewhere!
Escape the world as you prepare to relax and rejuvenate to the sounds of trickling water feature and the soft notes of a flute.
Six Luxurious Massage Treatment Rooms
The massages start with a relaxing foot scrub in a huge copper kettle. The massage rooms are spacious and the lighting can be adjusted to your preference.
You’ll notice the warmth of the heating pad as you lie down on the sturdy massage table. A crisp sheet, warm blanket and a bolster pillow assists in creating a luxurious massage experience.
The massage therapists review your information sheet and ask questions about which specific areas you would like to receive treatment.
Be sure to notify the massage therapist before the massage begins of any medical conditions you might have that could be adversely affected by the massage.
After the Massage
After your massage, the masseuse will greet you with a bottle of water and escort you to the dressing room area. You can then take as much time as you desire with showering and relaxing again in the Chill Room.
